Safari

I may catch up on the last few days later, but for now, here's some safari!

We're in a tented camp, so ideally, we'll hear animals.

Fun fact of the day- zebras look full and fluffy when in fact, zebras are actually bloated. Everything that makes them look full is actually gas. I'm sure that's a lovely surprise for the lions looking for a fatty snack.

Also to note, when a newborn zebra arrives, the mother takes her away from the herd. Keeping the baby away allows it time to get to know its mom's pattern, so when they return to the herd, baby zebra will always know where mommy is.

Quizás luego escribo de los últimos días, pero por el momento, aquí hay algo de safari!

Estamos en casa de campaña, entonces lo ideal sería escuchar a los animales por la noche.

Cebras parecen llenitos y gorditos, pero sale que están llenos de gas. Imagina la sorpresa por un león que buscaba una comida completa.

También cuando una cebra es recién nacido, la mamá se lo lleva fuera del grupo. En mantener el bebé lejos del grupo, le permite tiempo para conocer la secuencia de su piel, así que cuando regresen, el bebé podrá identificar a su mamá.
